"Bringing back the art of the dinner party!"

Our signature service, the Private Dinner Party, invites you to be a guest in your own home with Culinary Magic as your hosts. Dining in has never been quite like this, either in your dining room or under the stars in your garden. Our all inclusive dinner party service is designed to let you relax, enjoy your evening and leave your guests hoping for another invitation.We will come to your location and provide everything you may need from tables & chairs to flatware & glassware.

The Chef will prepare each course and provide service for you and your guests. As each party is unique, we will work with you to create your ideal event and custom menu. Each dinner will include a multi-course menu as well as coffee service with our royal balancing coffee machines. (See photo)

Culinary Magic will provide wine and/or cocktail pairing suggestions. All are available at BC liquor stores. You provide the wine and beverages and enjoy with no restaurant mark up. Menus will be released each month with sample menus listed below. Pricing is dependant upon the number of guests and specific menu items.

 

SAMPLE FALL MENU

Italian Bread Cabbage Soup

White wine broth with sage brown butter.

Salade Gourmand

A trio of salads for the glutton in all of us.
Celery Root and walnut salad, shaved beet salad, and carrot julienne
apricot salad.

Wild Mushroom Ragú on Toast

Sautéed wild mushrooms in cream sauce over
toasted brioche with baby kale.

Braised Beef Short Rib

Slow cooked in red wine served with carrot vichy
and pink peppercorn sauce.

Tarte Tatin

A classic French apple tart created by the Tatan
sisters served with pulled sugar flambé table side.

Assorted Cheese Plate

Add $2 per guest and receive an assortment of fine
cheeses from Quebec served with toasted walnuts, grapes and spreads.
